  • General
    • Does ICT offer a money back guarantee?

      When you buy from ICT your satisfaction is guaranteed or you get your money back. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit an RMA form to us.

    • Does ICT offer technical support? Will ICT advise me on compatibility of the items I purchase?

      ICT is a wholesaler and is not equipped to provide technical support and installation assistance. You should seek support from the manufacturer of the product or via newsgroups when manufacturer support is not available. You will find links to several manufacturers' support pages on our web site. There are also several web sites devoted exclusively to providing the latest hardware information and drivers. We recommend that you consult these sites and obtain the most recent software for your hardware devices.

    • Does ICT Company product come with manufacturer's warranty?

      Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify that the warranty is as expected. If there is a direct manufacturer warranty, we require you to return the item directly to the manufacturer unless the item was defective on arrival. Please be advised that many manufacturers' warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions and United States law. We make no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility or serviceability for products that are used outside the United States.

    • What is the difference between OEM, White/Brown Box and Retail items?

      The retail and OEM versions usually will have the same exact product, however the retail version will usually come with bundled software and retail packaging. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box or Brown Box versions will come with the main product and usually the drivers, but has no special packaging or software.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Yes, we do. All international transactions require prepayment by wire transfer. Please ask your customer service representative for wire instructions and add $25.00 wire fee to the total of your order.

    • Is the ICT website secure?

      The ICT website has HACKER SAFE Certificate. To earn HACKER SAFE certification, the ICT website must pass more than 2,000 daily security tests and meet all security recommendations of the Department of Homeland Security's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), which probe all of the known methods and tricks hackers use to steal credit cards.
      All information passing between your web browser and our secure server will be encrypted using the HIGHEST levels of browser encryption currently available (128-bit technology). It's ensuring that no one can intercept or eavesdrop on your personal information.
      Our website requires versions of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer that support 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. Your browser must have this level of encryption enabled in order to access any secure areas of the site.

    • How do I operate the shopping cart?

      You may adjust the quantities before ordering. Just enter a required quantity and then press the Update Quantity button. If you wish to add more items to your order, click on the Continue Shopping button. If you wish to proceed to the next step to finalize an order, press the Buy Now button. If you do not wish to place an order at this time, click on the Cancel Order button.

    • Does ICT offer discounts on volume orders?

      Yes. In special situations, we are able to give a discount on volume orders.

    • How do I cancel an order?

      You may request a cancellation of your order, if your order has not already been processed and shipped. To do that, please call our Order Processing Department at 800-772-5188 or 781-321-9070.

    • Can I add to, delete from or change my order after I submit it online?

      Yes. Once an order is submitted it can be edited by calling our Order Processing Department at 800-772-5188 or 781-321-9070.

    • How long does it take to process an order?

      We do our best to ship all orders the same business day they are received. Our cut off time for orders is 4pm EST. All orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped next business day (See What are ICT Company Domestic Shipping Policies?).
      Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method you selected.

    • What method of payment does ICT Company accept?

      Currently ICT Company accepts the following payment methods:
      - MasterCard
      - Visa
      - Discover
      - American Express
      - Debit Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo
      - PayPal
      - Wire Transfer (add $25.00 wire fee)
      We offer COD delivery to our corporate clients limited to $5,000.00 - per company order, per day.
      We do not currently accept prepayment made by:
      - Prepaid Cashier Check
      - Money Order
      - Personal Check

    • Why is my credit card declining when I know I have money in my account?

      A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp. date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is input incorrectly. Check online to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information.

    • Is my order subject to state sales tax?

      If you're anywhere but Massachusetts you will NOT be charged the sales tax. Only orders shipped to Massachusetts's addresses are subject to 5% state sales tax. We will not charge you the Massachusetts's sales tax if you are Massachusetts's reseller or non-profit organization. In that case you must provide us via fax (781-324-0706) your Sales Tax Resale Certificate or Tax-exempt Certificate.

    • How do I get a tracking number?

      You do not need to do anything! For your convenience ICT will automatically send your tracking numbers via e-mail once your order has shipped.

    • What if I don't receive an email confirmation after placing an Internet order?

      With each order that gets placed on the Internet site, an order confirmation is emailed to you. If you did not get an email confirmation, then the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest placing the order again. If there are charges against your account, please call our Order Processing Department at 800-772-5188 or 781-321-9070.

  • Registration
    • Do I have to register with ICT to be able to place an order?

      No. It's not mandatory. To process your order we need your shipping and billing information. You can type it each time you want to place your order. But if you register with ICT when you place order you need only provide us your Customer ID and Password.

    • I've forgotten my password. Can you help me find my password?

      Yes. We can email your password to you if you've already registered with ICT. Anytime you are asked for your Customer ID and Password just click on the Forgot your password? link.

    • Will my email address or any of my personal information be sold or distributed in any way?

      ICT is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect is gathered to ensure secure ordering and to provide a smooth shopping experience. You can help us ensure your privacy by not sharing your E-Account user name or password with anyone. See below for detailed information about how we protect your personal information. If you have any concerns, comments or complaints, be sure to let us know.
      We do not rent, sell, exchange, provide, submit or share your information with any 3-rd party.

    • Does ICT have a mailing list I can get on?

      When you are providing your shipping/billing information you have the choice as to whether or not you wish to receive ICT specials emailed to you. ICT never uses any information our customers give us for any other reasons outside of ordering and sending you the information you requested.

  • Shipping
    • What are ICT Domestic Shipping Policies?

      UPS and FedEx are ICT preferred domestic carriers.
      All Air-shipping orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
      All Ground-shipping orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
      ICT does not ship or process orders on weekends. Orders that have not shipped by Friday at 6 p.m. EST will usually ship the following business day.

    • Why does ICT need to verify my shipping address?

      In order to guard against credit card fraud, if the billing and shipping address are different, we must verify that the alternate shipping address is authorized. Please contact your credit card issuer bank and list your ship to address as an alternate address in their memo field.

    • What do I do if an item is received damaged?

      If the item appears to have obvious damage by carrier (UPS/FedEx), immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) or FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX) to submit a damaged shipment claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged. After viewing the contents of the package and finding them to be damaged, refuse the damaged package(s). Make sure the driver files the damage claim. Obtain a reference number from carrier (UPS or FedEx).

    • How can I track my order?

      If you need assistance, or if you have not received your order or tracking number, please contact Order Processing Department at 800-772-518 or 781-321-9070.

  • Return
    • Can I return a purchased item, if I'm not completely satisfied?

      We offer to all our customers opportunity to return the purchase for refund within 30 days from the date of invoice (except misused, vandalized items and items without RMA number.). If you purchased product and decided to return it for any reason and get refund within 30 days from date of invoice please follow return authorization procedure. We will refund your original invoice price within one week from our receipt of item(s). Shipping/Handling charge and 15% restocking fee will be withheld from refund amount. Please refer to our full "terms and conditions", for a full description of Return procedure and limitations.

      Exceptions: We will not accept returns on: Open software, incomplete packages with missing parts or accessories, packages without an RMA number on the outside of the box. For Clearance and Final Sale Items 30 days Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply. Defective product will be replaced if claimed within 10 days. No refunds for any Clearance and Final Sale Items.

      Very important: packages returned without authorization, physically damaged, or with missing original box, parts, accessories or otherwise incomplete will be rejected! Please keep all the packing materials and accessories; you might need them to return the product.

    • Must I have an RMA number in order to return a product to ICT?

      Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number) within our Return policy period. ICT will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. The RMA number is only valid for 14 days after issuance. Upon receipt of the RMA number, please send the items to us immediately.

    • How do I obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number?

      You can obtain an RMA number by calling our Order Processing Department at 800-772-518 or 781-321-9070.

    • Can I exchange my RMA item for a different item?

      No. We do not exchange RMA items for different items. We replace an item only with the exact same item type.

    • How long does it take to process an RMA?

      It takes 2-5 business days to process and re-ship or issue refund once we receive them.

    • What items need to be returned with an RMA? Do I need to include everything?

      Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents, software, packaging must be returned with your item in order for ICT to process your RMA.

    • Who pays for shipping on a defective item?

      The customer pays for shipping to ICT and ICT pays for the shipping back to you.

    • How does credit work? How is it applied? Is there store Credit?

      The credit applied is always charged back to your credit card. We do not have store credit. We keep all accounts balanced.
